Abstract:
This work covers quasiperiodic orbits’ ballistic design for the the Sun-Earth system $L_1$ libration point and one-impulse transfer trajectories construction issues. The method described provides quasiperiodic orbits with prescribed geometry around Sun–Earth $L_1$ point with low-cost stationkeeping strategy. The problem is considered in the full ephemeris model of Solar system developed at the Ballistic center of Keldysh Institute. The methods described have been successfully used for construction of the nominal orbits for the “Spectr-RG” and “Millimetron” missions presupposing deployment of space telescopes in the vicinity of the Sun–Earth $L_2$ point.
