Abstract: The paper discusses the relationship between institutional units deflators. The main influence on the race of prices has the price dynamics in the circuit of public administration, which is generated by rising production costs and subsequent inflation. Showing inconsistency in the law on price regulation approved in the early stages of restructuring.
