Application of Symbolic Perturbation for Removing Geometric Degeneracies

Abstract: A simplified method of symbolic perturbation is proposed in this work. Main attention is concentrated on the types of geometric degeneracies that could be removed using this method. Also the conditions for applying the method to defined parts of big program are considered. We present the results of program realization of the method and its experimental behavior.
