Mathematical Model of RNA Tertiary Structure Forming

Abstract: Mathematical model of 3D RNA structure is suggested. RNA is described as an elastic rod. First results of the model parameters numerical identifications based on experimental free energy values of simple RNA 3D structures (hairpin, internal and bulge loops) are described.
