Abstract:
New results have been obtained on the comparison of pairs of fuzzy polyinterval alternatives for different localization by the method of collective risk estimation. Analytical relationships were established for indicators of preference and risk using defuzzification by the gravity center method. The results are compared with the corresponding results for the simplest defuzzification procedure by averaging the contributions of monointervals that form polyinterval objects. The similarities and differences of the results for both defuzzification procedures are studied as well as the reasons for the differences arised.
Keywords:pairwise comparison, fuzzy polyinterval alternatives, collective risk estimation, defuzzification, chances of preference and risk.
