Abstract:
In clinical practice one can come to the correct diagnosis in a variety of ways. When developing casebased learning systems it is advisable to give the user a certain freedom in virtual patient surveys planning. It is important to evaluate his actions during the interactive diagnostic process, surveys or selecting tactics of treatment. The article describes the design principles of case-oriented intellectual learning system. The proposed approach includes forming a knowledge base with a particular set of cases on the basis of frames and production rules. The subsequent expansion of the knowledge base is determined by the insertion of new cases. Intelligent learning case-system focused on diagnostic skills in the virtual patient survey process. Explanations are given with inappropriate or erroneous actions of the student. The conceptual model of intellectual medical learning system for the diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis is presented.
