Analysis of probabilistic properties rules of construction group expert estimations

Abstract: In the article offered the method of analysis of the probabilistic properties of the parameters characterizing the efficiency of rules collective choice, provided that the true values of the utilities of alternatives are known. Using the proposed method, we calculated the values of these parameters for the number of known rules type ranking – ranking.
