Abstract:
The complex methods of the physicochemical analysis are used to study TlGaTe$_{2}$–Te and TlInTe$_{2}$–Te alloys in which the tellurium solubility region up to 5.0 at % is observed. The temperature dependences of the lattice parameters and the electrical conductivity of TlGaTe$_{2+x}$ and TlInTe$_{2+x}$ have been studied in different crystallographic directions. The TlGaTe$_{2+x}$ and TlInTe$_{2+x}$ solid solutions undergo a phase transition at a temperature of 498 K. The transition nature is interpreted.
