Abstract:
Magnetostatic wave self-action effects in a 2D structure consisting of two ferromagnetic films have been studied using a numerical solution to the system of two-dimensional nonlinear Schrödinger equations. Main features of these effects have been analyzed in comparison with similar effects in a 2D structure based on a single film. The applicability of coupled structures to control the formation of 2D nonlinear wave beams and magnetostatic wave packets has been considered.
