Abstract:
The temperature-frequency dependences of the real and imaginary parts of the complex permittivity $\varepsilon^*$ of the PbFe$_{1/2}$Nb$_{1/2}$O$_3$ ceramics have been studied. It has been shown that, in the paraelectric phase, the relaxation extrema are formed in the dependences. An adequate description of the experimental spectra of $\varepsilon^*$ is possible using the model of an insulator with the distribution function of the relaxation times in the shape of a rectangle.
