Heat capacity of the 0.7PbNi$_{1/3}$Nb$_{2/3}$O$_3$–0.3PbTiO$_3$ ferroelectric ceramics

Abstract: The temperature dependence of the heat capacity of the 0.7PbNi$_{1/3}$Nb$_{2/3}$O$_3$–0.3PbTiO$_3$ ompound has been studied in the temperature range 120–800 K. The temperature dependence of the heat capacity $C_p$ has two diffuse anomalies in the temperature ranges 250–450 K and 450–650 K and a $\lambda$ anomaly at temperatures $T\approx$ 225 K. The results are discussed with inclusion of the dielectric and structural data.
