Structural features of the system of cubic crystals Zn$_{0.999}$Fe$_{0.001}$S$_{1-x}$Se$_x$ ($x$ = 0, 0.2)

Abstract: The structural state of cubic single crystals Zn$_{0.999}$Fe$_{0.001}$S$_{1-x}$Se$_x$ ($x$ = 0, 0.2) obtained by the chemical transport method has been investigated using thermal neutron diffraction for the first time. It has been found that the diffraction patterns of these crystals contain the previously unknown effects of diffuse scattering caused by local statistic atomic displacements in the metastable fcc lattice.
