Thermal conductivity of single-crystal ZrO$_2$–Y$_2$O$_3$ solid solutions in the temperature range 50–300 K

Abstract: The thermal conductivity of ZrO$_2$–Y$_2$O$_3$ single crystals ($x$ = 0.5, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 8.0 mol%) has been studied experimentally in the temperature range 50–300 K. The influence of high-temperature annealings on the thermal conductivity has been analyzed.
