Abstract: The phase composition, crystal structure, and physical properties (magnetization, electrical resistivity, thermoelectric power, relative elongation, and thermal expansion coefficient) of the stoichiometric alloy Ni$_{50-x}$Cu$_x$Mn$_{29}$Ga$_{21}$ and nonstoichiometric alloys Ni$_{50-x}$Cu$_x$Mn$_{29}$Ga$_{21}$ ($x$ = 0, 1, 2) with the thermoelastic martensitic transformation have been investigated. The influence of the chemical composition on the transformations and physical properties of the alloys has been determined.
