Multiphoton mechanism of ionization of deep centers in HfO
$_2$

Abstract:
The charge transfer mechanism in HfO
$_2$
has been studied theoretically over wide ranges of electric fields and temperatures. The calculations based on the theory of multiphoton ionization of deep centers agree with experimental data.
