On the change in the mechanism of the phase transition in a ferroelectric inclusion of a ferroelectric–dielectric nanocomposite as a function of its size

Abstract: It has been shown using the numerical analysis of the nonlinear system of equations that the phase transition in a ferroelectric inclusion, starting from a specific size depending on its shape, occurs into an inhomogeneous “domain-like” state. The structure of this state and the temperature region of its existence have been investigated. Possibilities of the experimental manifestation of the inhomogeneous state have been discussed. In particular, the specific features of the permittivity of such systems have been analyzed in detail.
