Influence of isopropanol on ferroelectric properties of triglycine sulfate crystals

Abstract: The dielectric and switching properties of triglycine sulfate (TGS) crystals grown from aqua solution with isopropanol have been studied. It has been shown that their behavior has common features with the behavior of the TGS crystals irradiated by X-rays, and also with the TGS crystals doped with $L$, $\alpha$-alanine.
