Scattering and emission of exchanged spin waves in a magnetic structure with competing exchange interactions

Abstract: In this work, within the framework of the lattice model, the conditions for the emergence of a ground state of the spin helicoid type, caused by the competition of two exchange interactions of magnetic ions of the first two coordination spheres, are studied. For a homogeneous ground state, the coefficients of scattering and generation of exchanged spin waves by the interface between such a structure and a uniaxial ferromagnet are obtained. The possibility of the emergence of a new type of volume-surface waves in the structure under consideration is shown.
