Abstract: Tri-layer neutron waveguides with external magnetic layers are considered. In such waveguides it is possible to control the coefficient of enhancement of neutron density by switching the external layers magnetization by the applied magnetic field. In this work, the intensity of the narrow neutron microbeam escaped from the end face of the middle nonmagnetic layer is registered. It is obtained that the intensity of the divergent microbeam depends on the polarization sign of the polarized collimated neutron beam entered on the waveguide surface.

Keywords: polarized neutrons, layered nanostructures, neutron waveguides, neutron resonators.
