Abstract:
In ZnO : Fe, ZnO : Mn, ZnO : V single crystals, the effect of irradiation with light with an energy of 1.32–3.0 eV on the EPR spectra of Fe$^{3+}$ and Mn$^{2+}$ centers was studied. In ZnO : Fe and ZnO : V the appearance of O$^-$ hole centers localized near $^7$Li$^+$ ions in the positions of Zn$^{2+}$ ions was observed, accompanied by the charge exchange Fe$^{3+}$$\to$ Fe$^{2+}$. In ZnO : Mn, upon illumination, a change in the structure of the spectrum of forbidden Mn$^{2+}$ transitions was detected.
