Vector groups with isomorphic holomorphs

Abstract: In this paper, vector groups whose holomorphs are isomorphic are studied. In connection with the studied problem, the concepts of a semi-characteristic and $\Gamma(G)$-decomposition of a group are introduced. The properties of such decompositions are described. Isomorphism conditions of holomorphically isomorphic vector groups are found.
