Abstract:
Nitrogen oxides N$_x$O$_y$, as environmentally hazardous substances, have long attracted the attention of researchers. In addition, they also represent systems of fuel and oxidizing components (monofuels). Such monofuels are capable of exploding, which must be taken into account when assessing their explosion safety. The article presents the combustion and detonation parameters of the most well-known gaseous nitrogen oxides when interacting with oxygen, which are important for hazard assessments.
