Global kinetic parameters for determining the autoignition limits and induction periods for mixtures of methane, ammonia, oxygen, and nitrogen

Abstract: Formally kinetic constants for the autoignition of methane–ammonia–oxygen–nitrogen mixtures were determined. The results obtained allow one to estimate the critical conditions and autoignition delays of the examined mixtures to assess the explosion hazard of reactors for the synthesis of hydrocyanic acid.
