Modeling of weakly nonideal detonation of condensed high explosives with a high content of carbon

Abstract: A numerical model of weakly nonideal detonation of plastic-bounded TATB is proposed, which alleviates the requirements to the computational grid and necessary computational resources. The model is tested against the experimental results on the dependence of the detonation velocity on the charge diameter and detonation propagation in an annular charge.
