Abstract: The question of the possible steady-state detonation regimes treated as a phase transition with the Chapman–Jouguet point is studied. The Glansdorff–Prigogine theorem on minimum entropy production is used to identify a steady-state Chapman–Jouguet regime.

Keywords: detonation (deflagration), phase transition, steady-state regimes with the Chapman–Jouguet point Glansdorff–Prigogine theorem, kinetic function of the minimum entropy production rate.
