Stochastic model for calculation of maximum flood stage in Charysh river using the data of annual winter precipitation

Abstract: Using the mountain watershed of Charysh river as an example, a methodology for calculating maximum stage during the snowmelt period is considered. Maximum stage occurred due to the ice jams is not considered.
