Abstract:
In this work, on the 100th anniversary of Academician
O.M. Belotserkovsky, his role in the creation of targeted recruitment of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) to provide specialists to leading scientific and research and production centers throughout the country and the Far East in particular is presented. The history and methodology of training Far Eastern students of MIPT in the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences are described. It is shown that the system of targeted training of personnel implemented by the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology has demonstrated its effectiveness and real possibilities for integrating education, science, knowledge-intensive production and business.
