Excitement of solitons in the interaction of kinks of sine-Gordon equation with attracting impurity

Abstract: We investigate analytically and numerically the structure and properties of localized two- and three-kink solutions of the sine-Gordon equation, which are excited in the region of the attracting impurity. We have considered cases of single and double spatially extended impurity.
