On-line signature identification using a short-time Fourier transform and the radial basis

Abstract: This paper describes a method of on-line signature identification using the short-time Fourier transform and wavelet transform with radial basis of a special kind. In carrying out the identification, we use dynamic properties signature. We adduce the assessment of the reliability of the proposed procedure.
