The estimation of the traffic flow parameters based on the videoregistration data analysis

Abstract: The paper deals with the matters of development and investigation of algorithms and information technology of analysis of digital video stream of vehicles in order to detect objects on the sequence of images in the real-time mode and define the parameters of car traffic, the car speed (the average speed of a car in a given period) and the traffic density (number of vehicles per unit time).
