Research of the discrete orthogonal transformation received with use the dynamics of cellular automata

Abstract: This paper is aimed at receiving orthogonal bases families from the evolving states of cellular automata. I suggest a comparison technique of the appropriate orthogonal transformations in respect of noises, shown as a result of information losses on the restored data elements.
