Abstract: The conditions of redox synthesis within nanoreactors of polymeric matrices are presented. The substantiation of mesoscopic physics principles application for the explanation of metal/carbon nanocomposites redox synthesis processes is given. The synthesis and characteristics of copper/carbon nanocomposite are detail considered.

Keywords: mesoscopic physics, nanochemistry, redox synthesis, metal/carbon nanocomposites, nanoreactors, functional polymers.
