Effect of annealing on the optical properties and structure of nanocomposite films ZnSe/Al$_2$O$_3$

Abstract: Nanocomposite films ZnSe/Al$_2$O$_3$ were prepared by laser ablation followed by heat treatment. It is shown that the optical transmission and the band gap of nanocomposite systems ZnSe/Al$_2$O$_3$ associated with changes in ZnSe, Al$_2$O$_3$, appearance ZnSeO$_4$ phase, the crystallite size increases and the change in surface roughness.
