Invariant transformations of loop transversals. 2. The case of isotopy

Abstract: The investigation of special transformations of loop transversals is continued. These transformations correspond to arbitrary isotopies of loop transversal operations (witch correspond to the considered loop transversals). Isotopies of loop transversal operations with the same unit are investigated.
