Abstract:
The major disadvantages of today's MIS are cited, their causes are given, trends of developement of control systems are described, and the belief is expressed that these trends should result in dynamic person-oriented networks of colleguate management. The objective of the article is to dicuss the past and future MIS characteristics and the extent to which they facilitate or otherwise their design and development.
