Abstract:
The paper is concerned with a two-phase service system with queueing and interlocking phases of one type. The system simulates the interaction of the preprocessor with the main computer of the data processing center in real-time systems. Functional equations are found for generating functions of the number of interrupts in the system and the mean system characteristics.
