Formalized procedures of economic planning. I

Abstract: Economic planning procedures are understood as a set of plan-oriented computations each echelon of the planning structure concurrently with data exchanges. The word formalized implies mathematical soundness of steps in the proposed planning procedure. The first part of the article describes an economy model and formulates the planning problem, reduction of the model to a form suitable for decomposition and, finally, to a terminal form.
