Abstract:
A method is suggested for design of completely self-checking combinational devices with the use of in-built modulo self-checking circuitry. A structural approach is considered to search of all faults at the outputs of an arbitrary combinational device for a specified model of faults. «Reconstruction» of the combinational device structure for a specified kind of in-built checking is discussed.
