Decomposition into functions in the minimization problem

Abstract: A minimization algorithm is considered which decomposes into addents of the additive function to be minimized. Examples of possible application are given. Convergence is proved to solution for a wide range of functions to be minimized. For cases to which most actual problems are reducible; the algorithm rate of convergence is estimated.
