Abstract:
The paper is concerned with analysis of reliability characteristics of self-checkable iredundant structures. A reliability model of such structures is introduced and expressions are found for computation of probability values of structure faultless operation probability. Reliability characteristics of self-checkable redundant structures and of triplicated, $N$-tuplicated majority and hybrid structures are compared as are redundant structures with the «kernel» sophistication as the criterion.
