Qualitative analysis of dynamic systems with the $B_q$ entropy operator

Abstract: The method is suggested for the investigation of the existence, uniqueness, and localization of singular points of the DSEO class under consideration. The stability conditions are found “in the small” and “in the large”. Examples of the use of the obtained conditions are given.
