Stochastic Systems

Using methods of stochastic control to prevent overloads in data transmission networks

Abstract: For active users in the data transmission network, a dynamic model of control of resource access and servicing rate was proposed. The problem of optimal control was solved with allowance for the cost of servicing and losses caused by rejecting customers at overload of the servicing system.
