On numerically finding a feasible plan for economic development

Abstract: An algorithm is proposed for design of a feasible plan for economy models described by linear dynamic relations with mixed constraints. The core of the algorithm is the method for minimizing a quadratic functional on a set of nonnegative functions. Computation results are given, comparisnon with other method is made.
