Use of a functional-diagnosis approach in designing self-restoring discrete devices

Abstract: Consideration is given to block – diagrams and precedures for organization of self-restoring discrete divices consiting of interconnected discrete units. Methods of self-restoration are based on self-controlling circuitry for built-in testing. For a number of self-restoring discrete structures, estimates of their correctability are derived.
