Solution of a problem in the optimal control of a discrete linear system

Abstract: In the linear discrete system under study the disturbance, output and control action are scale. The disturbance is assumed constrained and arbitrary in all other respects. The functional to be minimized is the upper limit of the output coordinate. Optimal control can be obtained through linear feedback. Explicit formulae are derived that lead to coefficients of optimal feedback through the control-to-output transfer function.
