Abstract:
The paper describes a new approach to organization of testing diagnostics for single constant faults in discrete units with an accuracy to a block. A diagnostic accessory (DA) is designed which uses nonramifying outputs of blocks and checking tests are employed which transmit the action of the fault to be analyzed to outputs of the unit and the DA along at least two sensitive paths. To prove the localizing properties of these tests the structural specifics of constant fault resolution are analyzed for input-output subsystems of various blocks. An example is given.
