Invariant dynamic systems with degenerate subsystems and conditions for their crudeness

Abstract: The paper describes conditions for feasibility of absolute invariance (in Luzin's sense) for inputs of a linear subsystem in any system. For a dynamic system with a subsystem satisfying that condition uniform crudeness is studied with respect to deflecting parameters which do not change the orders of differential operators of the system elements and with respect to uniformly limited external actions.
