An algorithm of construction of a multiple-fault detection test for combinational circuits

Abstract: A method is proposed whereby a test is constructed for multiple faults, or a complete detection test, to be applied to combinational circuits and relying on complete diagnostic test development algorithm. The method applied to flowcharts of a circuit which may be redundant.
