Abstract: The paper is concerned with static and dynamic properties of systems consisting of interconnected elements which act to achieve individual goals, Refs [1, 2]. A class of heterogeneous systems represented by a number of specific examples is introduced. Theorems on equilibrium existence, singularity, and global stability in heterogeneous system are proved.
