Abstract:
Optimaly conditions are obtained for a convex dynamic transportation problem that extend the conditions for the potential of the optimal solution to the statistical problem. An electrical model of the dynamic transportation problem is developed which is an extension of the model for the statistical problem. The dynamic transportation problem with a limited throughput of the arcs is reduced to an equivalent one where the throughput is not constrained.
